Welcome to TweetAPI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TweetAPI website and services.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Our Service provides access to Twitter data through our API. We are not affiliated with, officially connected to, or endorsed by Twitter, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Our service offers different subscription tiers with corresponding API rate limits. You agree not to exceed or circumvent these limits or otherwise abuse the Service.
We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure fair use of our system. Attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
We reserve the right to modify our API functionality and rate limits at any time, with reasonable notice provided to users.
Some aspects of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees applicable to your subscription level.
Prices for using our services are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, with notice provided to users.
Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
Payment processing services for TweetAPI are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Services Agreement. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement.
TweetAPI does not provide refunds if you have consumed your quota of API requests.
In cases where you have not consumed your entire quota, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion, proportional to the unconsumed quota. All refund requests must be submitted to hello@tweetapi.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and API access limits will be adjusted according to your new subscription status.
We collect and process only the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services. This includes account information, usage statistics, and payment details.
Authentication is handled through Google, and payment processing is handled through Stripe. We do not store sensitive information beyond what is necessary for the operation of our service.

You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others, including:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies.
We strive to ensure our Service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to take the Service down for maintenance or updates.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
In no event shall TweetAPI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no case shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TweetAPI and its licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
